A resting electrocardiogram (ECG), also known as, is a simple test that records the signals of your heart. During this test, you will remain seated in a calm environment while electrodes placed to your chest, arms, and legs. These electrodes record the electrical signals to a machine that displays a graphical representation of your heart rhythm. A
